Shipping is 20% for the first item and 10% for two or more items.
Products are generally shipped within three to five days of the receipt of your order and verification of your credit card. Shipping for shirts is done via United States Postal Service and takes anywhere from 2 to 10 days.
Return Policy
At Sol Tshirts, we want every customer to be happy with merchandise they purchase. We understand that sometimes things aren't quite what you want and this policy will address those times when that happens. We will only accept returns/exchanges that are in new, unwashed condition. You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange (if due to Sol Tshirts error) within 30 days of the order shipment date (the order shipment date and order form are provided to you by email), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original condition, that means, unwashed, and unworn.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, we're sorry. Sometimes even WE make mistakes. Please contact us right away. We will refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original condition, that means, unwashed and unworn and in their original packaging.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card or an email gift certificate (store credit) for the merchandise only. (Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise). Please contact us to place an exchange or return.
