How do I return an item?
At Sol Tshirts, we want every customer to be happy with the merchandise they purchase. We understand that sometimes things aren't quite what you expect and this policy will address those times when that happens. We will only accept returns/exchanges that are in new, unwashed condition. Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for your exchanged merchandise. If you are exchanging your purchase, shipping for the exchanged items will be billed to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds for returned merchandise (that have followed these procedures) will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. NOTE: Special color ordered shirts may not be returned.
You must contact us at email@example.com to start your return/exchange process and give us a description of the reason(s) for the return/exchange. Packages that are returned without contacting firstname.lastname@example.org will be refused automatically by our shipping department.
If the defect is our fault (rip, tear, different color from order form, different design from order form) we will repair or replace the merchandise, or at our option issue your choice of store credit or a refund. We will also arrange the return shipping and pay for it. Please note you must allow us to schedule the shipping. We will not reimburse shipping expenses that you incur.
We have a right to possession of defective merchandise. It will be our sole decision to repair, replace, or refund. You are responsible for shipping in both directions.
